Membership can be paid by the week, half season, or full season
To maintain the growth of our little market the vendor fees will remain the same
***OPEN HOUSE MARKET*** There will be no vendor fees due on the day of the open house market!
We are currently booking the entertainment and activities for the open house market. Any suggestions are welcome. Dave Nixon of Midnight Blue will be singing for sure!
Weekly: $10.00 due before the start of that market
Half season: Save $10.00 for each half season! This will include June 20th – July 25th, or Aug. 1st - Aug.29th. Payment is $40.00 for each half season.
Full season: Save $20.00 for the whole season! $80.00 for 11 weeks including June 20th – Aug 29th.
Payment for the first half season or full season is due by June 2, 2008 to guarantee those members a space in our building. The second half season payment is due by July 11, 2008. Half and full season vendors will be guaranteed a designated space in the market building.
What are some things to remember to bring as a vendor?
Table, cover for the table, change, plastic bags, a sign, business cards, information about your product, lawn chair and a smile.
Vendor Rules:
- All vendors must conform to Federal, Provincial, Municipal and Health Regulations. Vendors are responsible for knowing and following the regulations regarding their particular products.
- Vendors must produce 75% of the product they sell.
- No vendor may loan or grant the use of their stall to another person. Vendors may have someone to sell their products in their absence.
- Vendors are responsible for their own table and set up.
- Vendors must be completely set up ready for the market by 8a.m. and wait until noon to dismantle their stall. Stalls not occupied by a half season or full season vendor by 8:30 a.m. may be rented to another vendor.
- Vendors must respect the boundaries of their stall allocation, and make sure that they are not intruding in any way into other vendor’s stalls.
- Vendors will be classified in terms of the products they sell and to ensure a good variety at the market, vendors must notify the market management of any changes to their products outside of their classification.
- At the discretion of the market management any vendor not following the specified rules may be suspended from the market.
